Do you use all-green products?
Absolutely! We are green-guaranteed on our routine cleans.
Will I have the same cleaner(s) every time?
Yes. We try to send the same people to your home each time. Occasionally our staff's schedule can fluctuate due to time off and availability but we do our best to stay consistent!
Does your staff speak English?
Yes, our staff is 100% fluent in English. Communication is one of our core values.
What is your pet policy?
Be careful! We may just fall for your fur babies! We love your pets but we kindly ask that dogs are kept in a separate room/area from the area of your home being serviced.
Do you offer every-three week cleaning?
We currently do not offer every-three week cleaning because it interferes with giving our clients consistent days and times. We like to recommend a bi-weekly service with an alternating deeper clean and touch-up service.
What does cleaning typically cost?
Our minimum cost is $110/clean but will vary based on square footage and level of clean.
How do I book a deep clean?
Deep cleaning is simply a routine clean with some additional packages that you can add on! You'll be able to customize your deep clean as you select options that work for you!
How do I get scheduled?
Once you check out our operations team will reach out within 24 business hours to get you scheduled. Please plan for two weeks from the date of your walk-through/quote to your schedule date as times tend to fill up quickly!
Do I need to "sign up" for any length of time?
Your first clean is under no-obligation because we know you will love our services! After your first clean you can sign up with us on a month-to-month basis if you would like to continue.
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured and happy to provide you with our COI upon request.
